Last chance to Reject Teck: Chip in to surround Ottawa with powerful ads

URGENT: rumours are flying that Liberal cabinet ministers are meeting on Tuesday to make their final decision on the Teck Frontier mine -- a giant open-pit, tar sands mine that would cause irreversible environmental damage and violate Indigenous rights. [1-2]

It's up in the air. Some cabinet ministers want to make good on their commitments to reduce runaway climate pollution and are leaning towards rejecting the mine. Others are caving to near daily threats from Alberta to approve the project no matter the cost. [3-4]

With the final decision coming in just five days, this is our last chance to influence the decision and push cabinet to reject Teck.

If we raise $9,390 in the next 48 hours, we can flood cabinet when they are back in Ottawa next week, with a full page ads in the prominent Hill Times, thousands of emails and phone calls, and online ads surrounding Parliament.

Will you chip in to get emergency ads up in the newspaper and online calling on ministers to Reject Teck before they meet next week?
