The federal government is about to loan Coastal Gaslink millions of our taxpayer dollars to ram through their fracked gas pipeline.[1]

It's the pipeline that's at the centre of the dispute rocking the country — and the reason that the RCMP are carrying out militarized raids against peaceful land defenders.

Despite doubling down on their commitment to reconciliation, the Trudeau government is about to bankroll the very company violating Wet’suwet’en rights. This is not what reconciliation looks like.[2]

The decision on the loan is expected at any moment, so we have to act fast.[3] A massive petition signed by thousands of us could convince Trudeau’s government that they can’t afford a huge political misstep — and stop the multi-million dollar loan to Coastal Gaslink. Will you add your name?

Export Development Canada, Prime Minister Trudeau and Minister of Export Mary Ng:

Don’t bankroll Coastal Gaslink’s violation of Indigenous rights. Reject the loan.
