Call on the BC government to protect ancient forests

It’s been over a year since the B.C. government committed to implementing all 14 recommendations of its Old-Growth Strategic Review report — yet not one has been implemented.1 In the meantime, more old-growth is lost every day.2

We've heard from sources close to the BC government that an announcement on forest reform is coming this week. This is our moment to help make sure old-growth forests are protected — before they are gone forever.

People in BC are calling their MLAs right now. If we can make this a national issue by flooding BC leaders’ phone lines, they’ll know the whole country is watching—and help convince them to halt the logging of old-growth immediately.

Make a call now.

  • I urge you to ensure this includes an immediate moratorium on all old-growth logging, before more ancient trees are lost.
