Leadnow Volunteer Code of Conduct

In your role as a Leadnow volunteer, you commit to:

• Contribute to an inclusive, equitable and safe volunteer environment by

  • Interacting in ways that make everyone feel welcome and able to participate, no matter who they are.

  • Recognizing that we need to be the change we are fighting for, and to work hard to fight against racism, sexism, classism – and all other harmful -isms – in our volunteer culture.

  • Participating in opportunities to learn how to support people that experience racism, colonialism, sexism, and other harmful -isms.

• Be open to feedback. We all have things to learn in our work together.

• Harassment and violence is not tolerated in the Leadnow Volunteer Network. Please refer to Leadnow’s Definitions of Violence and Harassment and Report Protocal for definitions of these behaviours and how to report them
