Elections Canada Commissioner: Investigate X and Elon Musk for election interference
Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, has been under fire for boosting far-right propaganda and propelling Trump to victory. Now, he’s throwing his weight behind Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre—just in time for Canada’s federal election.
Musk’s influence is a threat we can’t ignore. That’s why NDP MP Charlie Angus is now calling on Caroline J. Simard, Commissioner of Canada’s Elections to step in and pro-actively investigate Musk and X’s political meddling before it’s too late.
If we can flood her inbox and at the same time raise the profile of this issue with MPs, the extra pressure could push her to launch an investigation and prevent Musk from interfering in our election.
